重庆问界汽车销售有限公司与深圳市南粤财物评估鉴定有限公司、行吟信息科技 (上海) 有限公司、北京车之家信息技术有限公司相关侵权责任纠纷案件新增开庭公告，原告为重庆问界汽车销售有限公司，该案件将于1月22日在重庆市沙坪坝区人民法院开庭审理。
2024年7月6日，一辆问界M7在广州发生交通事故。当年11月，该事故车主在社媒上公布了一份南粤评估出具的鉴定报告，该报告鉴定结论认为，事故车发生车辆事故 (碰撞) 的前5秒钟内，驾驶员踩刹车踏板，但刹车踏板失灵；赛力斯出具的事故报告的数据及结论存在人为修改，不完整、不真实等。 来源
